Equestrian Center at the Col de Brouis
In an idyllic setting, between sea and mountains, the equestrian center "Les écuries de la Roya" offers all year round courses, poney riding and horseback riding.
Situated in Breil-sur-Roya at the Col de Brouis, and from june till september in Castérino, the Valley of Wonders, in the heart of the Mercantour Park.

Rock climbing, via feratta and adventure course
For thrill seekers, try around Sospel area the adventure courses, or the different via ferrata's (it's rock climbing permanently rigged with rungs and cables making it safer and more accessible for non climbers), perfectly stowed in the heart of breathtaking landscapes, or the tops of large trees, the feeling of amazing sensations.
For rock climbing you will find in Sospel the climbing site Baou de la Nieya, a limestone cliff that can accommodate all levels from beginner to expert. Some shady paths, very pleasant in summer. Exhibitions south, southeast, 40 routes from 4 to 7, more rock climbing areas in Castillon, Tende, Gorbio , La Turbie or Peillon.

The site of Sospel has no longer his reputation to do, you will evolve in the footsteps of the greatest French champions of Enduro MTB and DH, kilometers of dry and exposed rocky trails through shrub-covered ground and lush wooded areas, flat out downhill tracks, undulating Enduro sections, and beastly cross country trails the most beautiful spots of Free-Ride and Enduro sector in its surroundings.

Paragliding
Sospel, has several take offs, nestled at the confluence of three valleys at the fringe of the Mercantour National Park, the site of Sospel has the distinction of allowing flights throughout the year offering a consistent updraft. The flying zone is indeed protected by a mountainous cirque whose summits reach more than 1000m where you will discover a beautiful landscapes.
